Great speedy service! I ordered my new Dell Laptop from FirstShop online, it was delivered to my door within only 3 DAYS! Couldn't be happier with my device, the value for money, and level of customer service I received. Highly recommended.

I placed an order for a Microsoft Mouse and a Targus laptop sleeve, in both cases they were the cheapest on the day.  Mouse arrived 2 days later and the laptop sleeve 4 days later.  Thought the split delivery was strange especially for relatively low value items, but both arrived in good order and I am really chuffed with my purchase.  FirstShop kept me updated in regard to receiving payment, preparing order and shipping of the order.  There was absolutely no anxiety with this purchase as I was always kept in the loop.  Good job FirstShop keep it up

The last two purchases from FirstTech was really bad. Parcels took a very long time to arrive, when they did the packaging were very badly damaged or bashed in and when I tried to return one of the products to exchange it the after sales was the worst. Although they may have reasonable prices, I would much rather pay a bit more for better service.

I had a good experience with this company since i ordered the printerhead for my printer online and it was delivered to me within 24 Hours. I didn't even pay for delivery fees which I find it very convenient compared to other online stores. I am happy and I am going to start shopping from them since they don't charge for a delivery

Shopping online experience was pleasant, quick and easy. Prices was exceptional and hard to beat. Delivery was excellent, delivered way before expected arrival. great headphones with slight noise cancelation!! Absolutely love them. If you work i a call center and don't need the extra noise around so you can zone into the call, these are definitely a must have. I love how the mouthpiece is so flexible and lightweight of the headsets themselves. I think it was a bargain purchase. First shop always has a good deal on their site.

Excellent pricing on the printer cartridges that I purchased from FirstShop. They were cheaper than any other online competitor and much cheaper than any store pricing I compared to. I also needed some assistance so I called them and the gentleman on the phone was very helpful and assisted me immediately. I placed an order and received my 3 stock items the following business day. I will definitely be using their website and services again.

Bought ink from FirstShop, their communication was great, I knew when to expect my package and it was delivered soon after I placed my order. Even the delivery company called to ensure I would be home. First time using FirstShop but extremely happy with their service. Will definitely be using them again. Highly recommended.

I love you guys. Your service is way better than Takealot even it's rated better. I got my delivery before the scheduled date while I'm far away from the CBDs you selected you deliver fast. I won't stop telling my friend and fam about firstshop . Best part you can edit your odder while it's not shipped . You've been the best even the driver .

The ordering process was pretty smooth, but for some reason it took quite a while for them to ship my order. Overall, it was a painless experience. Their customer support was prompt in explaining the reason for the delay, and letting me know when to expect my parcel. No real complaints
