The delivery service is the absolute worst. Once I had to tell them to cancel the order and give me a refund. As I type this I’ve been waiting for the delivery for more than an hour and 15min- I called 20min ago and they said the order would be here in a few minutes. Welkom is small why does take so long to deliver? Super disappointing! Update: delivered an hour and 30min later, and the rice is undercooked
The ammount that was paid towards the food did not meet up to my expectations. Firsly our order was delivered wrongly and secondly the guy that delivered was so rude and unprofessional. Every time its we will check the order and that is no repsonse. Paid for food one didn't even recived and the ammount of food inside can feed a toddler Please get your stuff some manners
Will never go there again. While waiting for my order. Their delivery driver scratched my car while opening his door. I saw it with my own eyes and he denied it knowing full well that he was guilty. Was not a problem as we all make mistakes. But to lie about it just makes it worse. I was utterly disgusted with them as management also failed to resolve the situation. I now always do ocean basket. Thank you for your response but will not engage further re this topic. My insurance has taken care of the damage done to my car and i am happy not to support fishaways anymore.
Friendly staff. I got exactly what I ordered and didn't take too long either. Would definitely go back again.
Excellent food, but they seem to be overwhelmed with their orders as the wait is incredibly long 45 min to an hours for a healthy fast food option
Foid is excellent, but the owner has no customer care. His sitting area is a life risk. The step is too high and he has no intention to make it safer. I hope from here on everybody that faal there, sue him masdive.
The food was prepared quickly and was very tasty, but the onion rings were oily, so only 4 stars for now.
Good food but the delivery service is questionable at best. Once had the shop phone me to ask if they could deliver my order.... an order I placed 3 weeks before! Good food though if it does reach you
I love fish thats why i buy my fish at fishaways. The last three times the experience with staff in front was not nice. Not friendly and happy to see their customers. For me it is important. The food was delicious.
Fishaways has always been my go to fish and chips shop due to their absolute constancy in food quality and reasonable pricing. The franchise has added healthier options to the menu in the form of "under 400 cal" meals that are healthy and great value for money.
