Most of the staff is absolutely amazing and if it was not for this one person I would give 5 stars. Your old lady that's at the back she is rude and very short with customers that come back with a complaint. For example I bought a battery in June 2022 not even a year later the battery dies and is not operational at all anymore take it back to them explain what happened battery is still in car because the car stopped working completely I tell her about the battery and she tells me there is no way I bought the battery there because they have not had this battery for 2 years. Thankfully for me the agent of this battery company was there and was willing to help. Thank you to everyone but the old lad

Promises.... that is what you get for spending R13 000 on an inverter and it already broke twice and now 9 months down the line the R7000 batteries are a problem. I was just fortunate enough to have a great experience here today. I went in looking for something specific, got good advice and then told what I was looking for was on promotion but not available in store, but an alternative was provided at the same price as what I would have paid. Friendly and efficient service and a good go to shop for your DIY needs.

Clean store, variety of things to buy from vwhxiles to camping and your general auto parts store. The manager was absolutely on it! Friendly, helpful and service delivery is something that will bring me back there. Being a woman, having a guy walk to your car to help fit bulbs... I truly appreciate the service.
