I was pleasantly surprised at the taste of each meal! It was so delicious! From the soups to meals and smoothies everything is great! Their communication and delivery is also on point! I am definitely becoming a regular customer. Thanks Fit food 4 U for amazing service.
After a few disappointing experiences with another supplier I tentatively tested out FitFood4U. I was very pleasantly surprised. I've just placed my second order and I am impressed with the service from the ordering, to the delivery and everything in between. Never mind the actual meals which are packaged well and are so incredibly tasty! I actually can't believe the veg has been frozen and the meat is also super tender! Damn fine find on all sides!
I have been using fitfood4u for a long time and decided to try my kids on it too...they are really loving it. This makes life so easy. We also love all the new additions to the menu. The butter chicken rotis are so delicious and so are the pizzas! Believe it or not the food is filling too and no need for after dinner eating. We save a lot on groceries because they are so well priced and no need to buy any extras...plus you're getting a full meal of healthiness!!!
Superb meal plans for the entire family. Loved the detox packages,tried them twice and all my bloating stopped. I will be trying their comfort meals and will review aswell. Delivery didn't take long and I appreciated the extra support on whatsapp. Thank you for the delicious and well balanced meals.
First time customer , ordered a 7 day detox package. Absolutely loved every sip and bite. The shots were my favorite Totally worth every cent spent. Will definitely order again Keep up the good work.

I ordered for a first time two weeks and started eating meals this week have enjoyed each one the portions are good and more than satisfying and very tasty and such variety...last night had the butternut shepherds pie with plenty veg it was so enjoyable. I have been amazed by the whole experience since my 1st contact, follow up and update..delivery and a further order collected
I wish I can emphasize the value you have added to my lifestyle change!!! I have been on a long, tedious weight loss/lifestyle change journey and pre Covid have lost 37 KS. After Covid, my body just collapsed and I fell of the wagon. I was dipping in different eating lifestyles but nothing made me stick to it. By accident I saw your webpage and placed my first order with full Keto , smoothies, shots...In a month, I have lost 8.7 ks! The food is absolutely delicious. I never have to think what am I going to eat-which prevents snacking and cupboards raiding. Should I feel a bit hungry-I have my nutritious snacks. When I first received the meals, I thought there is no way this will fill me-I am barely finishing Shepperd's pie The best thing is, I eat different foods daily so there is no monotony. I have even tried vegan meals -mushrooms and kidney beans stew is divine. I have incredible amounts of energy that I began exercising twice a day. Shots give me the boost I need and if I get hungry during the day, I get smoothie out and I am sorted. I saw someone saying the food is not salty enough-unless we are in business with Winchester brothers banishing demons, the meals are amazingly tasty and salty. So thank you from the bottom of my heart for delicious meals, amazing service, follow ups on WhatsApp's and now a dress down. I am just placing my next order
Found them on Facebook and we are super happy. My mom lost her arm due to a motorcycle accident and making dinner after a long day of work brings its own challenges. We ordered the low carb meal pack and she lived it and was so convenient. My partner and my self both have very busy lifestyles. We are vegetarian as well which brings its own challenges. We got our food packs, meals are fantastic, well presented and tasty. Great value for money. Thanks for your services we will continue to order.
