I love the gym and the staff that work there, I especially love how amazing my two trainers are. Wes and Lee have been a godsend to my sister, my cousin and myself they are more than trainers. They genuinely care about your well being and your mental health more than your physical health. There have been many times when iv cried and been so emotional at the gym or been sick and they just sit with me and let me cry and talk to me about what's wrong and what's going on. Wes always sits and gives me advice and motivates me and keeps me on the path to achieving my goals. They have become like family and the gym has become my safe place. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
Have been with this gym for two years and whoever their maintenance man is he’s incompetent. Machines are left broken and Not fixed for months at a time. People don’t put their equipment back when they use it. It becomes a struggle to workout because you need to search for the matching weights for 15 mins before you can actually start your workout. Only good think about this gym is that it’s cheap..rather pay a bit more for a gym membership than waste your money here.
Great atmosphere; great people and a whole lot of fun. Signed up with a functional trainer Wesley a month ago, and together with the work he's put in, and the suggested meal plan he drafted, I can definitely feel an improvement in my overall strength, endurance and energy throughout the day. Be ready to work hard, laugh harder, and reap the fruit. Wesley is always willing to help keep the workout going: going on holiday? Receive personal training instructions. Had a rough day at the office? Come sweat it off amongst people who know what a good exercise can do for you. We all have different goals; different backgrounds; different abilities: fixing this is not a hurdle, it's a journey that Wes is willing to take with you! Go have some fun; let yourself loose
Love this gym..has everything you need or can think of. I am Training with Wesley and Lee and can not ask for anyone better. You don't feel like a client they make you feel like family. Love them both will not change ever.
Such a welcoming experience and environment with a great atmosphere from staff and members. Love that it is 24/7 and i recommend you check this gym out before you make any decision. Children even have their own Training section!
Has everything I need for my training. Sometimes rather humid inside due to the pool, and occasionally a treadmill machine is not working. I tend to go when it's quiet and I can focus on my exercises. It's open 24/7 so no excuses, can go at midnight if you want.
What a disgrace... The staff looks they are being forced against their will to be there. Unfriendly rude short and defenitely not interested to assist. One personal trainer I dont want to call names, he was friendly but shame being amongst other rude people can not be easy. Manager is definitely not up to standard when it comes to assisting and sorting out problems.
