Imagine being called for a service that starts at 16:00, and the service only starts at 18:40!!? Lapho nisazo ngena indlela niye ekhaya... Body Viewing at a garage ... Useless management. This place can just close their doors shame. We really don't care at this point, umsebenzi wenu uyabheda nje.

To be honest with you guys you are chasing away your customer,your service is poor we can not do the body viewing in the garage and to our family member you let us know that we must come 11am after that you guys came past 12,2you are very rude you don't know how to communicate with people you told us that we must take impahla zomufi ewofisini uma sinibuza niphuma skhathin ur answer was 3 o'clock now it's hot come on guys

This is a pathetic palour that jus cant take care of customers. Very unreliable poor paper work management. And cherry on top very rude receptionists.  Planning to change policies and palour

They did their best helping me with my brothers funeral.  I don't have any complaints
