Before I could add my review I found someone had already left quite a fitting one. Although my situation was not the same, my experience definitely was. The initial lack of communication and preparation should have been an indication of the incompetence that's to ensue. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, I trusted all would be well. To say communication was terrible - would be an UNDERSTATEMENT. Numerous phone calls, voice messages,direct messages etc were left unanswered or never returned. After miraculously getting them on the phone, one is met with an incredibly bad attitude, dismissive tone and a complete unwillingness to help in any way shape or form - there is always an excuse, always a problem and not a solution in sight. After quite a perplexing phone call with Elmarie which left me quite distressed, I decided to take matters into my own hands and contact Visas Unlimited myself. Upon doing so, what I discovered was nothing short of mindblowing! The documents appeared to be completed by an infant! Speaking to Elmarie again - matters went from bad to worse... I was rather taken aback by the whole scenario to be honest. This person demonstrated behaviour fit only for a degenerate - the verbal assault I had to endure escalated to the point of her threatening to CANCEL MY VISA all together. EXCUSE ME!?!?! Please explain to me who granted this TERT any such powers... After reviewing the documents, I've come to the conclusion it's best to NEVER EVER do business with this establishment again and would encourage others to steer clear! I will be liaising directly with Visas Unlimited from here on out - I have to do everything from the beginning again, thanks to the gross incompetence and negligence of this woman!"

If you need to travel between Klerksdorp and Johannesburg they will get you there. Much better than waiting on Eldo motors...

Had many trips with them from Klerksdorp to Pretoria and the airport. Safe driving and the bussie is always clean and in tip top condition. They are always on time and will let you know if there are any unexpected delays. The drivers also make sure that elders get out of the bus safely and provides assistance where needed. Thanks Elmarie and team for your great service!

More than an hour delay for bus. They don't answer phones or respond to whatsapps, keeping one in the dark
