I called and emailed flight Centre regarding mango airlines. To which they did not respond to 3 weeks later. I had flight Centre in high esteem because all my vacations I have always use them, but after this I have my doubts.

Stellar service from Rene Glorioso flight Centre independent. Last year November I needed help booking a flight to Manchester and a friend recommended Renè to me. Due to delays with my Visa I couldn't book till I knew I had been granted one. Renè booked my tickets, organised my travel insurance, all the relevant Covid documents, and paper work within hours allowing for me to fly the the very next day. Incredible. Renè has substantially helped me twice more since then,  the last time being this past Monday to get my son to Japan to start school. Renè is a consummate professional and an absolute delight to work with.

Clueless brain dead and unresponsive. Take your money and never issue you your ticket and ONLY respond once displeasure is posted on social media platforms. And then the response is confusing and chaotic. They just waste your time and.ONCE WAS TOO MUCH. Would give a negative rating if possible.

Complain about our bicycle,  and bicycle case and - pump that was damaged on our flight from South Africa to Faro, Portugal. No reply from Flight centre or airline Lufthansa/Swiss air.

hopefully covid will decimate this institution so that only the captain's cap bobs on the sea surface,  a "consultant" of theirs calls herself  "Inge" it sounds oh so exotic Nordic/ German, but she is actually Iengrit from Benoni,  do not follow her advice, unplug as soon as you see her exotic name,  you'll regret her advice

Be careful before booking tickets with flight center my family and I have been conned

They had no clue how to help. Kept referring me to head office that I should call them

Very kind people and understand I will recommend these guys over and over again

Staff is always friendly and helpful
