Flight Centre East Rand Mall

This branch delivers really the worst service we have ever experienced! It's just a week before our trip and we are still not sure what time we fly or any other info. The lady keeps on promising she will deliver our documents but without any such luck. We even said on email that we will collect the documents ourselves but they are not willing to let us do so. I'm not even sure If we will be able to book seats next to each other on the plane still. When we phone their office the lady on the phone is very sarcastic and threw the phone down in my husband ear. Never book with this centre, quick to take your money but very bad service.

Went into the offices on Friday. Sat in front of the lady and requested a quote. Even gave her my business card to make life easy. Was promised my quote within 40 minutes. Thought on Sunday maybe she got busy lets wait. Today Wednesday I phoned and spoke to another lady thinking I will get service. Quote was promised in an hour. 3 hours later still no quote. Pathetic. I will not recommend your company to anybody!!! Sit in your chairs and relax. Us the public will go elsewhere.

Spoke to Lesedi Letaba and she was of amazing help. I at first called Flight centre mall at carnival naturally cause I use to use them for traveling and Phindi use to help me and great help she was. This time it wasnt as plesent... I didnt feel the attention needed and extra help to or with what I wanted. The car I asked for I'm sure without checking was said not to be available. I than decided to change and call boksburg and Lesedi than with great welcoming she helped me through by step and even when I asked for extra pointers to what I needed she was patient and welcoming even in her busy time. Traveling back from a 4day road trip and about 4000km and I'm happy with the trip she helped me with. With Phindile Sibeko and Lesedi Letaba flight centre is in good hands.

Booked a trip and they handled everything from drink packages to hotels. However it took me forever to finalize the trip and I don't know if it is this center or just the person we were dealing with. NOT HAPPY!

Shocking service.. everything that could go wrong with regards to bookings went wrong when we arrived in the USA, After returning on 3 January 2020 I am still waiting for unexpected expenses incurred thanks to Flight Centre East Rand Mall.. I’m still waiting!!! They’re absolute sharks, would never ever recommend them!

Waste of time going here. Iv been here twice for a qoute and both times they have promised me to email me the qoutes and send me the information but havnt received anything in 3 weeks now. Completely pathetic Wouldn't advise anyone to waste their time with them.
