Extremely terrible service. They judge you before you walk in the door. The man I can't say gentleman because that's clearly what he was not that sits right at the door as you come in, didn't bother introducing himself neither did he ask my name. All he was interested in was if we were going to pay for our tickets immediately. Didn't bother taking down any of my details. If you are there for a quote they are not interested and they judge whether you can afford it or not by loooking at you.
What an awful experience. We booked our flights on the 23rd of October 2021, we had a wonderful experience UNTIL WE PAID, after the payment the agent La-May Adams from Tygervalley ignored any questions we asked about travel insurance and travel requirements. I had to send her a message telling her how disappointed I am in the poor service I am receiving before I received a respond. Now for the messy part… Our flight home was QR843 on the 9th of July, we received this itinerary from La- May. She made a mess- up and thought our flight is QR 841, leaving on the 8th of July. She only booked our hotel until the 8th meaning we have no where to sleep for one night, she arranged our airport transport for that day. I have no problem with people making mistakes, it is only human, but I have a problem with taking no responsibility for your mistakes and that is exactly what she did. She left us organising our own hotel stay, sorting out the airport transport and then she also lied, telling us Qatar Airways changed the flight without informing her, but we received an email from her informing us that our flight details changed. I would not recommend her service
Received horrendous service from a young gentleman here. He was rude and abrasive to my parents from the start for no reason. I wonder how the company can afford to keep him around in this economic climate, because ours can't be the first family who decided to take our business elsewhere. Very easy decision to not go there again.
The most helpful female staff member assisted me with a flight itinerary. I'm not allowed to mention her name publicly, but she is a great asset to the company.
Cannot say that they give bad service, as there is no service at all.
I would never book using them. Youre throwing away your money to a business that will book your family on more expensive flights, and further travel time, so that they can make more profits and kickbacks from the airlines. Rather book the airlines yourself its as simple as having internet and a credit/debit card and your passport nearby. They ended up costing my family thousands more due to their practises for the same trip.
Been waiting on a response from Lamay Adams for nearly 10 days and have left numerous messages, no response!
