I have been using Flirt for the past 6 months now and would not go anywhere else for my extensions. The staff are wonderful and unbelievably accommodating when I have to change appointments last minute. Special thanks to Amber and Alima, for staying late for me. Best lashes in town, continually complimented on them and they lasted ages and look natural, how I want.

Jacqui is an eyebrow queen! Always does a fantastic job and she’s very efficient and professional. I had them tinted and shaped and I am so pleased with the result. I also had a express facial and it worked wonders as it was the most relaxing facial I’ve ever had! My first experience of eyelash extensions and I love the way Sian does them! Every time I am really pleased with they way they turn out. They are kind and friendly, chill atmosphere and give good advice about what to expect and that an eyelash look can look different on different types of eyes. Would recommend to a friend

I’ve never had an issue using these guys previously but this experience has made me never wanting to go back. The Lash lift was awful paid £35 for my lashes to look the same. Eyebrow wax left my eye skin peel off by my eyelids when I complained they staff asked if I used retinol when I explained I did they said that’s why. When I explained no one had asked this question or even warned me when I first came in, they were unable to apologise, instead stated they did, when I explained I had been using retinol for 2 years they said nothing, although the eyebrow lady put Vaseline. some staff were rude, unapologetic. I would not recommend after todays the lash lift is awful! Can’t believe that my eyelashes look exactly the same.Services: Eyebrow threading

I did the eyelash extensions yesterday there and I was so angry and upset about the result. It was my first time to do eyelash extensions so I brought some pictures with me. I asked the lady if I could achieve these styles and she said yes, I could achieve something like that. The result was nothing like that and when I questioned her, she just tried to give me some leaflets and asked to follow some instructions. The owner/manager heard us, surprisingly, rather than offering some solutions to help, basically she said it was all my fault. Ok, I do not have lots of eyelashes at all, but being a skilled eyelash artist, if you have told me that I could not achieve these styles due to my own inadequate lashes, or I chose the wrong service I would really appreciate the honesty. And today, the second day of lash extensions, my left eyelashes are still in some kind of shape, but there are 4, 5 lash extensions are leaning to one side constantly on my right side. I am so upset and dreadful to go to work tomorrow. So being a beauty salon, your job is to work with customers to try to enhance their looks, but I have received an appalling service and attitude. This is the third time I’ve been to Flirt for the same service, and it’s safe to say I won’t be returning or recommending them to anyone in the future. I was booked in for a lash lift & tint & brow lamination, firstly I was asked to move my appointment because they had over booked & at this point I wish I’d just cancelled. If you’ve ever had LVL’s you’ll know that your eyes are shut the entire time, what completely threw me is that what felt like no less than 4 individual members of staff worked on my brows & lashes over a 2 hour period not once telling me who they were or what was going on with them swapping over, this made the whole experience stressful. The girl that was working on me most of the time from my guessing with my eyes closed appeared to be new & hadn’t practised that treatment at this salon before not her fault. I understand what brow lamination is, I’ve had it before at that salon but I’m left looking like Jim’s Dad from American Pie because they haven’t been trimmed, just combed & to top it off the eyebrow tint is non existent, so now I’ve got to finish the job myself by trimming them & tinting them, not ideal when you spend £75+ & no I didn’t wait for my change because I just wanted to get the hell out of there. My advice, give people the option of a trainee member of staff, this should be discounted, don’t squeeze someone in for the sake of £75 if you can’t fit them in, cancel it. Communicate with people who have their eyes closed, if you’re planning on using multiple members of staff on one person this should be discussed & agreed upfront surely.
