Absolutely amazing service! Queensburgh Florist was able to arrange and deliver x80 beautiful roses and chocolates to my mother for her birthday on VERY short notice. They also sent photos after the flowers were delivered as I live in another province. A very special touch. Highly recommend their services!

Absolutely a total let down on the last minute and so rude

Terrible Customer service, rude and extremely unprofessional. The business said open 24hrs on Google so I message at 10:30pm not expecting a response until the morning, by which time I have already received quotes cheaper. When the florist responds to my message, I very politely respond: "Thank you i have quotes for less with delivery in chatsworth. Thank you for your time." The next response is: "But by now you should already placed your order with someone with your kind of budget which are quite available in Chatsworth. You send messages at midnight. Disturbing out of business time and don't have a budget for flowers. Sorry my standards are high in quality and have to maintain it for my target market." And blocks me.

Awesome service! I had a last minute arrangement booked, it was beautifully put together and delivered under 24hrs. I sent over an inspiration picture and the florist has done a bigger and better job than I would have imagined. Thank you for all your hard work, will definitely recommend you.
