This is how we received flowers from this Florist when my father passed away photos attached. Water was also starting to go brown and many of the stems were not touching the water. We can obviously not go back to the person who sent them to tell them how these flowers look. The card was also addressed to my father and read "compliments of the season". I know for a fact that the person who sent these flowers would never have requested this message. Obviously this florist lost the original message or was not interested enough to ask what the flowers were for. This florist clearly relies on the fact that the receiver cannot go back to the sender. It would be regarded as insensitive. But this is totally unacceptable as I am sure the sender spent a lot of money on these flowers out of respect and love.  With regards the response below. We are not interested in rectifying the situation. With the passing of my father we have more than enough flowers and don't want more. We have cleaned up the flowers, angle cut them again and put them in clean water with plant food. With regards your comment - "we are sorry you are dissapointed with the flowers" - that is actually not the point and honestly by the photos who wouldn't be. The message in the card that came with the flowers was also appalling considering that my father is deceased. "Compliments of the Season" and "May you be blessed for 2022" addressed to him.

Very impressed with service and product quality. I had ordered a bouquet of flowers for my aunt's memorial on Friday, 4 February, for Saturday, 5 February. Upon collection the Saturday, I was so impressed with the wonderful bouquet they had made. It was beautiful with a variety of wonderful flowers and greenery. Thank you so very much Flower Expressions. You delivered in everyway possible. Would recommend you to anyone.

I've used Flower Expressions for all my flower needs for a couple of years now. From a mothers-day gift, to a large arrangement for birthday parties, anniversary gift flowers on behalf of family members to their wives and the list goes on. They are absolutely brilliant.

I went there yesterday 13/02/2023 to find out whether they could do a small bouquet for me for Valentine's Day yes, I am aware that I was late but sometimes other things happens in our lives that pull us away from organising other things and I was hoping that maybe they would understand and try to help. The young lady that I spoke to was quite nice but while she was trying to explain, another guy walked up to me and placed his hands on me. He said that if I wanted something for Valentine's day I should have organised it sooner.  Horrible experience. They had no sense of customer service or even common decorum. I will never visit this place again. If you value common decency and customer service, I don't suggest you visit this florist. People like this pulls me away from supporting small businesses. Disgusting...

What an awesome experience buying flowers for Mother's Day! Helpful, friendly and efficient assistance in getting this gorgeous bunch to my mom, and they were more than happy to schedule her drop-off for a time convenient to her. Will absolutely be making use of Flower Expressions again!
