The friendly fresh flower go to shop in our community. Participating in an international flower shop photo contest I visited the shop with the request to take a few photographs. Thank you for servicing our family and community over many years.

Very rude staff and owner. They definitely don't strive to accommodate potential clients - luckily I found another florist that offers excellent service. Something this business clearly lacks.

The saying....in a world where you can be anything....be kind... comes to mind. I have enjoyed buying flowers here over the years, as and when needed, and pretty much help myself as I know what I want. With my niece's wedding at hand we decided to enquire about ordering flowers for the event. As a precursor, I ordered the flowers for the Bridal Shower. When I requested Coral coloured Roses, I was asked 'pink or orange Coral'..so to keep it simple, I ordered Orange Roses & Peach Roses, with "Coral" written as reference. I also requested the roses be purchased on Monday, so that they would be open by the Saturday. When I collected them, I got everything but Coral Roses, and some of the Roses were double the average price and purchased on Thursday as they were closed. In the bucket where the old stock is sold at a reduced price was a bunch of Coral Roses...then the owner tells me the market was flooded with Coral Roses and subsequently they were cheap... One bunch of Ranunculus had Mould and cost R150 for the bunch. I have contacted another floral agent/wholesaler that has an average rating of 4,9/5 for the wedding flowers....

Flower World did the bouquets and flower arrangements for my wedding. It looked beautiful! It was much better than I had hoped for. They were by far the most reasonably priced. I can truly recommend them!

This place came highly recommended, what a dissapointment. No-one bothered to help, very little variety and what was available looked tired and broken. Horrible experience having come all the way from JHB. Total waste of time.

I ordered the flowers for my wedding from this place and I have never regreted any decision more than this one. After sitting down with the owner and explaining to him what I want WITH PICTURES, I got something totally different not in a good way on the day before my wedding. When I enquired about it, the owner started raising his voice and with a rude attitude, he started to defend himself. Unbelievable behavior and extremely disrespectful. I will just give one example... I SPECIFICALLY requested brown willows and during my meeting with the owner I asked a few times whether the green willows that he is showing me will be brown by the time of my wedding. The owner kept on saying "of course do not worry, they will definitely turn brown". A day before my wedding he gave me green willows and said "well I don't know, most of the time they go brown but this time they did not" !!!!! Overall, a horrible experience.

I walked around for like 15 minutes and no one asked could I help. I mean I have my wedding coming up and wanted a quote, now I understand it was a bit busy but it will take you 2 seconds to say " Hi welcome, I will be with you in a moment" Thank you but no thank you!

This flower shop is amazing. I would recommend visiting them for everyday flowers, flower arrangements for special occasions and weddings. They also sell a great variety of decor items and candles. The prices are really good. The staff are very helpful and friendly.
