All of the 5 star reviews are nonsense and are very old This has got to be the worst place ever : WiFi, no Resident printer, worst laundry room ever only 2 machines work out of 300 students, not to forget the service bad!!!!! They have these weird stoves which is a one plate and you live with 3 people. Geyser hardly works Blocked shower drains and basins. Cracked tiles everywhere Lights around Res aren’t working

Not good at all, no student friendly services, bad WiFi, students tend to go a week or 2 without hot water. Rent is too expensive for the services provided. Management takes long to respond to complaints. Lack of laundry resources. Bad facility maintenance. No sense of urgency from staff and management. They prioritise moneyrent more than anything else.

Horrible place with horrible service. Rent is ridiculously expensive. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.! Wifi is bad, cold showers almost every week

Very trendy place. New property with an upmarket feel. A little pricey but it has all the comforts one will want. Daniel Maloba is a very friendly personal. He takes his time to help you. A very soft spoken and kind man to get help from.

Horrible service!! Wi-Fi is on and off. Washing and drying machines hardly work. Constant issues with hot water. Please, choose another res!!!

What a beautiful, peaceful place. No noise, nice computer lab for residents to use. But too much issues with wifi

The worst student accommodation one can ever choose to stay in. Wifi is terrible, admin and management is the worst

Really horrible, we complain about something almost every single day yet we pay alot of money, it's really not Worth it!
