We booked our Mauritian Holiday with Debbie. Thank you for the excellent service we got, all the recommendations and holiday arrangements. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. When Debbie had her days off she was still available to assist us. Also a word of thanks to Deon for your patience and assistance, when modern technology didn't want to play along. Thank you once again. We have used Flight centre before and will do so again when the occation arises.

Worst experience ever. Marcele took weeks to reply to my email , charged me for non existent expenses and booked the most inconvenient and expensive flight times. Even worse when I needed to contact her urgently 2 weeks ago for medical matter. She still ignored me costing me and extra 12k on top of that 9 k she overcharged me. Disgusted.

I don't always tend to leave reviews regarding businesses. But today I would just like to thank Flight Centre for their excellent services. And a big thanks to Schermiel, she was super kind and patient with me , answering all my questions and being able to give me the exact flight I needed. Thank you for your excellent service to you I'd give a 10/5 star rating.

This branch for Flight Centre was always excellent.  Lately they are beyond useless.  It takes days to get a response on an enquiry.   They always have a problem with something and cant assist.  It seems all the qualified and capable people that worked at this branch has left.  In the end it was quicker and easier to buy a flight online from a Flight Centre branch in the Garden Route than the Flight Centre down the road in the Kolonnade shopping center.  And please check your phone lines - it is AGAIN  not working.  Can I please suggest you give up the land line and get a cell-phone for general enquiries for the shop.

I recently made an enquiry on behalf of a friend from Holland who had to postpone his flight due to a positive Covid test, his wife's visa would also expire due to the delay. The response was professional and informative; conveyed with empathy. Thank you for going out of your way to help and direct me in the right direction. I think anyone who plans to travel should contact FC Kolonnade, you will be in good hands!

The staff go out of their way to help you. They helped me organize a trip last minute and got me a really good deal as well. Highly recommend using them for your next trip.
