The service is excellent even during these COVID times. The bank has just been renovated and cant wait for opening to see the new look and feel. Great place for documents as it has home affairs within the branch.
Took me an hour and a half just to open a account and then my details was wrong... Terrible! Lots of staff hanging around looking busy but not doing much at all as patrons stand in long lines. And then the teller was a rude woman with absolute no people skills. Think she should go into politics. Hate this place and will never go there again. A real shame for FNB.
The wait is too long. Too many people waiting for the business teller. Only one business teller out of the two working. Miserable place to waste several hours...
Its hard to understand how 2 out 4 atm's dont work in one of the most physical cash dependent areas in Pretoria for over 3 weeks. The lines leading to the ATM is ridiculous on any given day and whats most frustrating is how your security guard loiters back and forth watching FNB customers deposit and withdraw money. Its understandable that some customers need assistance, but if they need assistance they can ask for it.
The teller service here sucks. There’s too many staff members idling but no service rendered.
