Slow service! Waste of time

The service is pathetic. It's been almost 2 weeks that I've been waiting for my credit card, I've been to the branch to collect it 2 times already, and every time I go there expecting that I can collect my card, it is not there. All because of the fact that the staff can't communicate properly and explain to me what exactly needs to be done.

There is a team leader named Wendy giving the client bad attitude. I was on a call with the fraud line then she can to end my call without a reason and giving me bad attitude. I think she doesn't quilify to be a team leader.

Went in for a new bank card. Not only did they tend to what I came in for, ous Hlakiso Makgalo helped out with the offers my account qualify. She was so helpful and respectful. Thank you ous Hlakiso and FNB.

Trying to activate my account and set up the online banking app has been one of the most frustrating banking experiences ever!! 2 weeks and still more hoops to jump through. The communication between banking staff and technical devision and customer is so confused. Definitely not a smooth experience!

Thaoge was extremely helpful and kind. Exceptional service from her and a well deserved 5 star review.

The staff are unhelpful and are quite adept not to make eye contact. The FNB employees only seem to talk to each other and ignore anybody else

Good day. My elderly father and I had some questions regarding his estate. We went to menlyn mall fnb and spoke to a consultant by the name of Betty Neither myself or my father in the 30 years we have lived in south Africa have ever had service like she gave us. She was professional, friendly and knew answers to every question we asked. She explained things on such a nice way to my 92 year old dad. All our questions we resolved and she did everything and more than we thought possible. Please I would love her to be aware of this letter. She deserves all the recognition. I had a fantastic experience at this branch. I've been out of the country for 3 years and had to open a bank account. Catherine Ngotoane was very cordial and had a mountain of patience in dealing with my lack of documents. She even helped me with a new sim card and advised me to do my currency exchange with them next time. Thx a ton FNB Menlyn!

Terrible service!! Everyone is SO slowed up. I understand there are Covid rules, but honestly, 1 person behind a counter is ridiculous! No one seems to be in the mood to work either, dragging their feet like they on holiday! Wasted 1.5 hours standing in a queue!
