Fnb Raisethorpe

Went to fetch my card that got delivered to the FNB at Raisthorpe and it took just 10 mi uses to get in and out everything done very nice and smooth.

Their service standards have really dropped.After they revamped they revamped their customer service as well.... for the worse. Liberty Mall branch is way better.

Well am impressed with the fnb service. And the staff is very helpful. Keep up the good work.

Horrible ,horrible, to get through to somebody to assist you cost about R150 airtime wich you can't claim but when they call you they wana charge you. Your cell service is pathetic

Poor couldn't open savings account due to my residential proof of medical records not good enough waste of time waiting social distance

Waste of time branch, make you wait an hour for a 2 minute consultation. Instead of how can we help you it should be how can we make you wait

The customer service is good. Good queuing system.

Branch is clean and very well layed out. Serisha was very helpful even though systems were initially offline.
