I had such a pleasant experience at the bank. The staff was friendly and helpful. But Mzo really went out of his way to make sure I was attended to. He was super efficient, patient and professional!!!Thank you so much!!!

24hr banking? ATM was inaccessible.

Helpful but service could be faster. ATM is too few and always have yo wait unless you come during after hours. Environment is clean and public seating is enough. Attentive staff.

Queue for foreign exhange with a ticket, no call out and when enquired why not called was informed that no foreign exchange available!!

Was such a pleasure quick n and out friendly wow.. So impressed.. I'll definately drive the extra mile to miss the other branches as to do my business here at walmer Park branch... Well done chaps!! Awesome!

Just like any other FNB bank, friendly competent people.

I had probably the best banking experience I have ever had here. I needed a new card and they gave me one right there. The great assistant also helped me set up the FNB app as well as some other account admin. Well done FNB, your service is great!
