One year and I am still waiting for my certificate,they don't answer when you call.even went there but still nothing.as for sphelele zondo when you call she doesn't even care.

Bad service. Waiting 3 years now for my trade certificate and still pending... This stuff should not take this long if they have a sysem in place.. I would not recommend any food company to register their imployees with foodbef this is pathetic and this is now a apdate 10/02/2021

Good experience in the new offices and the staff is friendly

Extremely bad service, been waiting for my certificate for 4yrs now, since 2019, I can't even do some of my things because I can't produce my certificate. The lady that was supposed to help me Siphelele Zondo never answers her phone, and emails, I was helped by a glentlemman there recently by only sending me copy by checking records after 3YRS and he asked to Siphelele to assist, no response. It's nice to work there I see.
