I have frequent this gym for 2 months now. I am very impressed with Edwin. During December he painted and took the greatest precautions not to mess, be in our way. I also saw him repairing equipment. He is always busy. First visit to Hertford Office Park and I could find the group of machines I wanted to use easily. I cannot say this gym is better than the other Planet Fitness. I just related well to the gym and the layout.

It is great gym and I will most certainly visit again. Was a bit crowded but generally good. Equipment really good however some only one off. Overall great gym with friendly staff and members.

A very stylish gym with great equipment facilities, sometimes it gets too crowded especially on a Monday and you have to wait quite lengthy periods to sometimes use a machine.

The gym isn't so well kept. And it's very very busy. Changing rooms are very cramped and the showers have a terrible odour. Not sure why it smells like wet dog most of the time. The gym itself is not very bad as the staff are friendly and the equipment is decent. Just wish it was bigger. It's way too crowed in peak time. It's also not like Sandton signature gym. So I don't know why this one is signature, they don't even offer towels or dry cleaning or anything like Sandton does....

The gym is great. The music in spinning class is unnecessarily extremely loud, door wide open. Can’t even hear music of my preference from my headphones. Other branches and other gyms don’t play music to a full blast. They should consider other people’s preferences

NOT of "Signature" quality when nothing more than normal gym. Gym is very squashed because it's small, and staff are unfriendly. In general, Planet Fitness is full of nonsense as they have many hidden costs that are not disclosed in advance. The manager laughed while telling us that we needed to pay another activation fee because our medical aid changed despite paying previously. Consider Moove in Sunninghill - WAY better and cheaper rates.

Their parking is not safe. My car was broken into and they stole my work laptop, wallet with money, drivers license. The security company and the Landlord where Planet fitness is said to me straight that they won't approve my claim. The cameras on their building are nothing but scarecrows, they don't work because they couldn't provide footage for SAPS. Many people lost their iPhones in their gym and were not compensated. To this day I'm driving with a car I can't lock because of the damage. The name of their security company is Visa and Stallion Security is their management company. Hertford Office Park doesn't care about people using their facility.

Decided not to even bother to train

Night times are packed, you need to wait for machines. When you sign up they tell you,you will get a sports bag which never happens, as soon as you want to cancel you need to hear about a yearly levi that you need to pay, even if you not there for a year yet. They don't tell you these things when you sign up, just to get a contract from you. The cleaners will knock on your shower door to remind you you only have have 25min left. The soap is always empty. Even in the mornings. And many more.

Guys Guys Guys…..let me touch on a few points here. The treadmills are falling apart. Half the buttons on them do not work. About 90% of the time I went there for the last 30 days the machines had no internet. So you advertise watching YouTube on the treadmills and btw I saw this first hand!!!! But nothing works. Internet is also down more often than not. The crowdedness omg!!!! Waiting in line for a machine is non stop.I actually had to do leg day 3 days in a row because of it being too full. And when I asked the staff why not cap users, I was told would you put a cap on making money. Hopefully you guys can use some of the profit and actually service the machines make sure your treadmills are working make sure there’s internet and maybe a backup if it’s down.1 star is a stretch for this gym planet fitness waterfall is a no no….. Virgin here I come
