WHY DID I NOT FIND YOU GUYS SOONER? Got my delivery within 2 days of purchase. The packaging is too cute. So much detail put into their work. I was updated constantly via email and WhatsApp. You now have a regular customer. Please support these guys. They are AWESOME.

Pathetic service. I ordered from them in December, and had to constantly follow up with them with regards to when my package would be delivered. They had told me they're not sending out packages during the festive season and blamed their lack of communication on the fact that they're busy.This is unacceptable and unprofessional. If they cannot operate during festive seasons they should not take any orders. I have now requested a refund from them however they have been ignoring my messages and my calls. I will never use this business again and I would not recommend anyone else to either.

Order took more than a month to arrive and does not look like the product on the website at all! Very disappointed. Would not recommend.

I want to place an urgent order but need to confirm something and all my whatsapps and emails are ignored and trying to phone doesn't work either. My first experience was amazing, but this time there is no customer service at all. My daughter's order is over 2 weeks overdue as well and also no communication. Terrible!

I didn't receive what I ordered and when I queried why I didn't receive the charm that I ordered I was advised that they don't have stock of that charm and they don't know when they will be receiving stock as their supplier in China is closed for the next week or two??? Wont be ordering from them again that's for sure.

After struggling initially, Christo sorted my order out and I am looking forward to receiving my charms. Looking forward to buying from them again.
