Friendly and helpful staff always on hand to assist.

I honestly am not one to complain, but maybe a check in with this store may be necessary as the service was poor and many customers walked out the store.

Each an every time got into the shop I receive a good customer service . Kee it up the good work

It's central to all the people. I like their shoes,so comfortable and cheap. They've got lots of summer wear,i.e. sandals and flat shoes for heavy/big people.

1stly there are no seats in the changing rooms for your bags or any other stuff you might be carrying that you need to put down while trying on clothes.. They only have a rail that is for hanging "THEIR" clothes only so you have to opt to put your bag/s on the floor.. 2ndly the staff spend their time chatting to each and are of no assistance to the people that are there to shop. When a manager is called to override or void something, takes them nothing less than 10 mins to come and assist while chatting and finishing their own private conversations before coming to you. Mainly the staff make it dreadful to do your shopping there

Yhuuu the service at that branch is always poor shem the cashiers there they dont have suggestive selling aa poor

I waited & waited on the queue to make a purchase until i decided to give up. Cashiers closing their tills & leave with no one to attend to me

I made a laybye couple of days ago then I went back to collect it they told me they can't see it whilst I was there waiting with no one attending me

Clean and upbeat women's fashion. Service at pay-points are very, very slow, amidst long queues!!
