A cashier named Martha was extremely rude to me... screaming at me over the counter as though she was prepared to fight. After I called the manager nothing much happened. The manager doesn't look like has any control over her staff. The cashiers was actually laughable. Appalling behaviour from Martha. I will definitely b taking it to head office. Customers can't be treated like this.

Just live the treatment and I always get something nice

I was there just now , a cashier called Busiswa was rude to me. May the shop please provide training to their staff as they lack professional conduct as it seems all customers experience bad service from the cashiers.

Wonderful shopping experience, the friendly ladies assisted with my daughter's clothing and took her to fittings as well, I'm grateful.

Foschini Three rivers Disgusting service even their complains department they sold elderly person and manufactural faulty phone we logged in a complain the store manager called us wanting to justify why we have to wait and they want to give us a phone they will go and fix instead of giving us a new phone. They still insists on so called 7days phone policy I mean in this current Economy an elderly person doesnt have a phone, due to their incompetency and we are forced to do what they say and our consumers rights do no matter. I have Written few times and no one in this big organization can look into this matter they showed us they do not care about sinor Citizens what a disgusting service to say the least. There is a complains department for a reason so that we as customers when we have quiries, they should look into resolving it a month later we are still waiting for a phone. They are causing an elderly person Stress knowing very well that they are fragile and frail I feel they took advantage im really livid.

Service was zero, i understand its the festive season the lines are long, but for the staff to be passing me around, no one willing to assist when i went to colloect my online orders, then when the finally helped the lady assisting me was dragging her feet and complaining and then didnt remove the tags attached to the clothes so when i get to the exit i have to go back in store and have them check and remove the tags and still the lady complained about how she hates online orders as they are alot of work.

The staff were great assisted me with everything I needed. Thank you so much.

Cashiers don't care about costumes they will be chatting instead of assisting their costumes and I ask for help and I was giving attitude

No underwear,, very untidy a day or two after Christmas. Handbags are double the cost of the general price range.
