Never do business with a dealer whom never is truthful about their intentions. Dont go buy a new car for cash at Fosters they will purposely stall the sale rather sell onto someone with finance. Apparantly thats their incentive for sales commision. I did not know when i test drove the car advertised for sale, it was already committed to another buyer. A cheap sales tactic used to lure customers through the door of the dealership. Fortunatley i did not put a deposit as that would have been another issue as they would two deals on the same car. After 2 days of nagging for the OTP and they admit it was sold. They did not have the courtesy to tell me dont sell my current trade in vehicle either. They kept stringing me along for 2 days. After a call with the sales manager he committed to call me back with options. That did not materialise. I was not surprised by their non client centric approach. .My experience was shocking! I will report this toyota south africa.
Best service I got from a lady called Sue at the service department
I took my Toyota tazz for a fix as I had lots of problems with it, I was met with an excellent customer service from the team there and my car was fixed in a day. The pricing was reasonable and my car got a nice wash after being fixed.

Friendly staff and good prices on new vehicles
Our salesman Wesley was very pleasant when we bought a car here in 2018, very polite gentleman. Since I don't like change especially when I get great service, I drive from the Free State to Foster's Toyota every time my car needs service. My service consultant Sue, is amazing, she's been the one since my first service. Drivers are polite as well, always make sure you are safe and feel comfortable around them.
