The most friendly & helpful staff, from the security guard at the entrace gate up to the person, Desmond, at the rental office, I ever came upon at an establishment like this! Everything was absolute done in a very professional way with a big smile on the face. They take safety very seriously as well without letting one feel uncomfortable. Welldone Barlowold!
When you buy a CAT product they contact you like you would not believe once you sign and pay you will never hear from them again. Trying to book a service for your vehicle is like pulling teeth. Wish we never bought from them.
Been dealing with Barlow world for years and seen how there service has drop, they make promise they can't keep and never come back to you about anything. They don't even deserve the 1 star rating
