Storage lockers are well built and are clean. If only the interaction with staff was a bit more pleasant. From the time you arrive at security, they have a bad attitude and treat you like you’ve don’t something wrong. It costs nothing to treat your customers nicely and won’t kill you to even be friendly

I have a bad experience with the storage. I rented a unit and paid up. When I wanted to fetch some of my stuff, the driver I hired was not allowed to access the premises as his driver’s license was not cleared at the gate. I still don’t know what the problem was. When I entered the premises because my ID and access card were cleared, I spoke to Julius if I got the name correct and he said I should take all my stuff since they don’t want me to use their storage anymore. I didn’t breach the contract in any way. It was the driver I hired who had a problem with his DL. However, I found myself on the receiving end of the stick. I asked to be refunded money for rest of December month and no one addressing my request. Personally, I wouldn’t recommend this storage company.

Most safest self storage very strictly high security zone. I love it . We have been keeping our stuffs the for about 3years now

I had a unit with them for more or less 2 years. The security is really tight which I appreciated. I didn't interact much with the staff but every interaction was great. I can always tell great customer service by how issues are handled, and right now I'm having one with my deposit being paid back. But the staff have been transparent and I appreciate that from them. What would make it even better is if I didn't need to follow up and was constantly updated.

Friendly, helpful staff. No issues to get into the premises to visit our storage unit. Safe and secure, very happy with leaving my belongings there.

Good storage which is very secure. Follow the rules regarding ID before entry and you're unlikely to experience any issues. Would be nice if deposits were returned sooner or if no deposit was required like some other storage unit, but ultimately it's not the end of the world. Storage unit dimensions are a bit odd compared to most other units I used but the total sqm is the same at the end - most are deeper units. I would certainly use these storage facilities again if I need a storage unit.

Letting off fire works on new years eve, in a residential area next door to a kennel????????? NOT COOL..ACTUALLY ILLEGAL!

I didn't go inside as I only dropped off a parcel for someone. Easy to find and definitely security conscious and that is a very important consideration
