Service beyond 5 stars! I came across Fragrant Flowers and Gifts via an online search in a bid to support a local business in the area I needed flowers to be delivered; reading other reviews I was sold! I contacted Lynne via FB chat asking if she could accommodate an order from abroad and the entire process was straight forward and seamless. I couldn't be more thankful for the outstanding service I received from Lynne, the patience with transferring funds from abroad, and even honouring the delivery date before my payment was cleared. The recipient of the flowers said the arrangement was gorgeous - in all the years I've been sending flowers to my best friend for her birthday, these were the most beautiful!
Well it's so refreshing to know that great service still exists. I made an online inquiry this morning about a same day delivery. I received an immediate response from the super friendly owner Lynne. She then followed up with a phone call to me explaining with great detail the different options available making my job as a non floral expert very easy. I had a small budget which Lynne was very happy to accommodate. She sent me pics of the flowers to be used leaving me with comfort that she was giving me the best she had on offer. I was kept updated on the status of my order and within 2 hours I received a call from the recipent completely overwhelmed by the most beautiful floral arrangement received. Lynne, thank you so much for stepping in and making my sister's birthday so special when I was unable to be there. You have gone the extra mile within the time and budget constraints I imposed on you today. Keep up the excellent work!!
What an amazing Lady, Lynn was friendly and helped me ASAP. I ordered flowers online via WhatsApp, for Valentines. Be careful when dealing with fragrant flowers, I sent a pic of what I wanted. they quoted me a price, then asked for more money and didn't do what I asked for. used stale flowers that wilted in two days, came up with all sorts of excuses. Delivered more than an hour late and when I called, their response was: sorry there's nothing we can do about traffic. Absolutely Horrible service and products. Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed that some businesses have no ethics in today's day and age. Will never recommend Fragrant flowers
