2nd time I've been to this hardware and my view on 'customer service ' has now remained unchanged. Unfriendly and unhelpful to say the least. Walked out without buying a single thing. If you want to be disappointed, especially seeking out assistance, please visit this hardware. Will definitely not return.

Salespeople offer subpar service, little to no knowledge; asked for 19mm crushed stone, delivered crusher mix, denied responsibility even the owner/manager.

Limited items available. Prices are just above average

Friendly staff  excellent service... everything you need is there

I visit this hardware store almost every day, I always joke that I have shares at Freds because I have supported them 37years. You guys rock thank you for service.

Useless telephone administration for gettiing prices. Operating like a spaza shop when calling- you can;t tell customers you're too busy to give prices for bulk purchases over the phone- complete rubbish
