Providing quality, accessible and comprehensive health services through a family and community -based Primary Health Care (PHC) Approach to the Free State community; Optimally utilizing all its resources to provide the caring and compassionate services; Empowering and developing all its personnel and stakeholders; and Adopting an evidence based and Information centred approach to planning and decision making for the achievement of better health outcomes.
