I would like to thank Mr Gafoor for his awesome management skills. I had a very unpleasant experience with one of the staff at the freshstop store and he handled it very professionally. It's great to know that there is still managers out there that has actual management and customer service skills.
Great deals on their fruit and veg when stock is abundant, but when stock is few their prices are questionable. Very limited options in terms of variety within store which is understandable since it is a small store, but there's large varieties in goods customers hardly purchase... Really poor service thats unfriendly and very unwelcoming at the hot foods section that almost makes you want to reconsider ordering the food... The chicken burgers and strips are nice though... The service at the till points and within store replenishers are the opposite however to the hot foods... Love greeting them... Also the banana loaf is a must buy... Love it...
My fiancé goes to fresh stop on a regular basis. Today he goes there, they give him a tough time by saying they dont allow Discovery bank cards because it's fraudulent. They have the nerve to say that they've never seen him there before. He's been using his discovery bank card each and every time he went, almost over a year. Are they bored? Because I'll take it to social media.
Supposed to be a fresh stop I . Stopped to grab a nice fresh piemans pie . But to me was given a yesterday pie hard dough cold pie . Could turn back to take it back had to get back to work . Definitely not a fresh stop. And to top it all off counter staff not so friendly don't greet ... Thumbs down guys.
