Full Blast Hydraulics (FBH) was birthed from a concept that our clients matter to us and their needs are our priority.
FBH formally trading as AC Components, Was founded in 1998 . By Andre Calitz Jnr, Being raised in the engineering industry, my father, Andre Calitz senior bestowed upon me the principles of commitment, honour, loyalty, hard work and dedication from a very young age.
We found that the industries had a need for a hydraulic repair and machine shop that could not only provide an effective service ,& fast turnaround time but that it could be backed up by the quality in material , workmanship and expertise that our clients demanded in the more specialised fields.
We believe that no job is too big or too small and that all our clients matter. Their needs set the benchmark for the service we provide.
Our state of the art facilities is designed to accommodate all sizes and diversity of works, from different industries and various needs.

Mission

The principal objective of Full Blast Hydraulics is to achieve and exceed its Client’s specified requirements in the course of the delivery of a professional service by means of value engineering, initiative, technical innovation and excellence, as well as the result of efficient management and professional work. Full Blast Hydraulics recognises that the achievement of its SHEQ Policy results from good management, organisation, planning, communication and teamwork. A Management System, in which self-verification and improvements are the goals, will ensure that the policy will be achieved.

Our range of products are vast within the cylinder repair and manufacture industry as well as our engineering and machining capabilities.
We provide the following products and services, but are not limited to:

• Cylinder Kits we manufacture consist of:
o Cast iron Glands screw in type.
o Double Acting Piston.
o Complete set of seals and wipers.
o Weld on End Cap.
o Nylock nut.
o 2 x weld on ports (BSP).

We fabricate and provide kits for any size.
All items can be sold individually.
