FULL THROTTLE

Great deals and excellent service... an all you need and want bike shop!

Happy to take your cash but when you want to return a gift purchased within 24hrs the only option is to take a gift voucher - no cash refund!! Not happy and has left a VERY bad taste in my mouth. If I wasn't forced to spend the voucher, I wouldn't go back and after I have used the voucher on stuff I actually do not want or need I will NEVER go back!!

Barely any stock. Their main answer at any store is "we can get it for you" but never to be heard from again. Rude staff Used to love going to full throttle. But not anymore. Hopefully they will offer more brand items and better service and have more knowledgeable/friendly staff in the future.

Use to have a great variety, but after my visit today after about a year I was amazed to find so little stock. The prices are a bit steep, but in all fairness using the word"fair" very loosely, it is the rich man's hobby... But if you have money, you can spend the whole day there enjoying some man-shopping and also the evasive specie from the family "female bikers"...

Had tyre fitted. Did not have in stock. Ordered and had next day. Fitted. Then had loss of air. Was through valve. They fixed no problem. Good service. While waiting for tyre to be fitted walked through store. Store much smaller than before. And there seems to be much less of a selection.

I went to buy a pair of pants. The sales representative offered me Alpinestars oxygen air or something like that. Paid close to R3500 for the pants just to see today that the same pair of pants in a different store on the same city is R2200. I feel scammed and will never purchase from this store again. I called just to let them know about my dreadful experience and they just hung up the phone on me.

Full Throttle not the same as it was a couple years ago. Barely any stock or variety. If there is stock there are no sizes. In reality they have less variety than what their clearance store had a few years ago. Example, No proper gloves for 2 years. They basically work on, "if you want, they will order". Prices are also high, same equipmentoil, pads, filters.. etc can be had cheaper elsewhere

Went in for the 15% off sale but the items advertised were not in stock . I was very disappointed . Cant believe you can advertise things that you don't have . There are far better stores with way more stock . I have lost all faith in full throttle and will never go there again , i have been spoilt by a much bigger store with all the stock you could imagine .

I loved this shop. If you are just a little bit interested in bikes this shop will keep you entertained for ages. You can find all you need. If it's related to motorcyclists you will find it here. They also have great special offers often.

Always a pleasure dealing with the guys at FullThrottle. Especially the Eenvale branch. Friendly, know their products and if they dont have stock it is ordered with minimal lead times. Highly reccommended.
