This store racially segregate customers I have bought the KIC fridge that got defective within 3 month of purchase. It's now almost like 3 weeks struggling to get assistance in terms of repairs.  According to them just because I am a black person I should be oppressed and not express my disappointment.

Very poor customer service they talk too much and they don't understand a customer I was in the one in Elim yesterday I ended up not buying anything. They eat while talking to a customer. Am so disappointed

Very good service and offer reasonable price for quality furnitures.

These guys are expensive and they do not use A grade materials, I'm disappointed in heir service.
