Went there specifically to look at the new CS mustang. Although it took a wile to attend to me, the guy who eventually assisted was very friendly and accommodating and friendly. Would've given 5 starts if at least I had the opportunity to hear the car startup . The place is perfectly located so you can have your mugg and bean while your vehicle is getting serviced
I would say because of this, the staff I give 10/10 I am a fair man. My car was serviced here and 7 days later my clutch master cylinder is faulty, how convenient, when my car went it for a major service. I reported this to them, no response via email. I tried calling and requested to speak to someone and still nothing, was promised a call but never got it. You've definitely lost me as a client, at the moment I am weighing my legal options concerning this issue.
The customer service at Fury Ford Woodmead is second-to-none. I highly recommend this business for all of your vehicle servicing and maintenance requirements. The staff went out of their way to make sure all of my requests were attended to, and after collection I received via email an inspection report, and a letter thanking me for my business and inviting further feedback should anything not be to my satisfaction. 5-stars.

I recently bought a vehicle from Fury Ford Woodmead and what an absolute pleasure it was dealing with Farai from sales and Kobus from finance. The application was put in on Thursday, finance approved on Friday, and the vehicle collected Saturday morning. I was kept up to date on the progress of the deal and all went smoothly. Keep up the great work, the customer service received was on a different level!
