Great store with excellent colleagues. I love to shop in this store because of amazing prices and offers and the ease of shop.
We were told to collect a prescription from sittingbourne Asda by 111 as I needed antibiotics and antiviral tablets for shingles and a UTI I developed on Christmas day we were told to be there for 10am to collect. When my husband got there he was told that they wont even be looking at 111 prescriptions till at least 11am and the assistant was more interested in serving a woman who was worried as she had a spot she needed to hide as she was going out tonight whilst my husband was made to feel an inconvenience. I am totally disgusted I am left in pain and discomfort
I order my shipping online here every week. Akusado use the shop in store often. Very helpful staff and i get what need quickly and efficiently.
Great store 5 minutes walk from my home. There is everything I need and the Ladies at the self-checkout are always helpful and quick!
Popped in to the cafe today as we had an hour to kill while the car was in the garage. Ordered the full breakfast and it was superb. Cooked to order, all fresh and hot. The fried eggs were perfect. It also came with black pudding, which you don’t get often. Staff were lovely.
Found 2 hairs in the space of 2-3 weeks in two of their ready made - cheese salads. Has me questioning the hygiene of their food. Will not be shopping here again
Online order went nice and smoothly followed by a very rude delivery driver who was quick to let me know that he was on overtime, shouldn't actually be driving due to the time he'd already spent driving that day and that I was very lucky to even receive my order despite being within my allocated time slot. Based on this poor experience, we've moved to another supermarket and some local farm shops for our groceries. Asda did respond to our concerns with £5 gift voucher. We never actually received this
The only problem I have there is the state of their toilets, they are REALLY BAD. The shop it's self has something for everyone
A huge thank you to the lovely Debbie in Asda pharmacy. At 21:45 this evening when a last minute prescription item wasn’t available, Debbie went above and beyond to find a pharmacy that not only had the item in stock but would stay open until I arrived.
First time shopping at this store and sadly the last. Struggled to find a parking space at 10am on a Sunday morning. Shop very dark and miserable. I love asda but unfortunately I will not shop at this branch again.
