The product was over priced by a lot. The product itself was horrible and cheap considering the price I paid. I bought a screen protector and after 2 weeks it started to peal off on its own. I do not recommend this shop at all If I could I would give them a zero.

Terrible service. They basically all but bullied me into buying a R700 gel screen guard and not even a month later it started loosening and pealing off at the edges. Customer service at the gateway kiosk is awful as well. They are too pushy and unfriendly. I would rate less than no stars if I could.

These guys are fakes and thieves. I went for a Original screen replacement after making prior arrangements. On arrival, they said the wait is 2 hours and that I should carry on and they will call me. I waited a few meters from them. The 2 guys at the counter were looking at the phone and conversing. I went to them after 30mins and nothing was done. He said, he is waiting for the screen. Only to realize that they were removing a screen of a damaged phone and trying to sell to me as new. After the confrontation, they said that they sold out the new screen and new stock is more expensive. I told him to F.O., took my phone and left. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE YOUR PHONES UNATTENDED WITH THEM, TO BE SAFER, DO NOT SUPPORT THESE FOREIGN CROOKS. Google does not allow no stars, cos they don't deserve a star. Thank you Mr Samir Sheth

Very bad. I was pressured into purchasing a silicon screen protector instead of a regular one and not even a month later the actual screen cracked. The screen protector did not even do anything.

Worst service ever!!! Paid 1200 for a screen replacement. Poorest quality and often doesn't work. Went back to ask to change it and the store manager started shouting at me. When my phone came back from repair the back of my phone was cracked too. I wish this store would just close down!!!!

Good day, My son and I stopped by u guys and I bought him a screen protector and a case for his Huawei P20 lite. You asked me what phone I had and showed you my Honor 8, u checked for a screen protector and said you don't have actual one, but the one you have will fit. I paid R600 for all the stuff. My screen protector does not fit. After now getting home and seeing it properly, it blocks writing on my screen and I can't see my direction arrows at the bottom of the screen. Please can I get refunded or get a proper one that fits my cell. It even blocks my camera at the top front. Thank you, Vanessa

Bought a cover for Note 9 for R550.00. Bring it back if any problems, they said. 2 months down and the cover was fading and peeling off. I approached the store & they said that I must purchase another one because 2 months is old.... Bunch of Foreign Thieves.
