Hi im not happy at all with the guys working in the kitchen mo groblersdal branch.ds is the second time this happens that when 1 buys a full chicken and request them to cut it they dont put all the pieces.Guys you are workers and its very important that you respect customers,why steal their meat whereas they know very well why they buy a full chicken.iv send my dad a full chicken yesterday but it only had 1 wing and 1 drumstick.what do we call that?come on change your manners and learn to work hard so you can buy the meat you stealing from customers,this is annoying
Worst service of my life ever, placed an order at 10:30 at 11:00 I call to ask how far, they say it has left and should get here within 5 minutes, the order just got here at 12:00, my lunch is over and been back at work for a good 30 minutes already. Won't ever make that Damm mistake again

It's a good place, nice setup, still need a bit of improvement on the chicken though, a bit dry for my liking... But will buy there again.. Great service.. Great staff..
Customer service is good and staff very friendly and welcoming. Food prepared reasonably quick and well.
Once or twice a month I tape a road trip to GP for various reasons that range from medical, automotive spares,delivery of Quail and Chicken Eggs etc,etc.The trip is usually 800kms to and fro.A trip like this can and will make you hungry.I almost always stop at this one Galitos to buy me some Hot Chicken at ZAR132 for a full Chicken with free extra sauce.On Mondays you could buy a a full Chicken and get half a Chicken for free.I could buy all of the above in any other town of branch but there's something about the one in Groblersdal that keeps me coming back again and again. My next stop would be the Total Garage in Bronkies Bronkhorstspruit for a cup of Coffee to stay awake.
Service was really poor when I went there and it was untidy, in fact there were left over plates that other customers used and were left there for 20 min and flies were all over that table, Yoh had the worst experience today
Could not buy a burger ,cashier simply told me they had no buns this was on 01/03/2020.... I mean do I need to say more. Not getting me as a patron ever again
Got there hungry and I waited close to 90 minutes just to get my food.i was a grumpy customer,on the upside though,i forgot my change when I paid and it came with my order!!and yes I did leave a fat tip because of that.
Enjoyed full chicken meal with family, order took a bit long to arrived but loved the original taste of grilled chicken.
