Quick service and friendly staff
Just experience bad service from the Cashier. I ordered some food and asked about turn around time. She said she cant tell... Meaning i can wait for some hours without receiving my order. Please improve on customer service. We understand that sometimes the shop is busier. Front people must always be come calm nd able to absorb the customer pressure.

Very poor service, I ordered burgers and they were swimming in oil, don't get me started the time it took to prepare that oily burger 25 min, and the restaurant was empty, there is a lady who walks around with a very dirty cloth, I take it they use it to wipe where they make the food, very disgusting. Well it was my last time buying there, maybe you can improve your service for other people.overall horrible service
Place an order at 12h29 , I only received it at 13h55? Matters worse I called twice checking it.. can we respect oe try to be honest to people at least tell the truth about their orders. Rather than holding them ransom?
Service was good though slow
I hate how the staff prioritizes so much on people who ordered food telephonically or through the app than the people who actually took their time to go the restaurant to buy food. One actually has to wait 30+ minutes to get their food while the MrD people just waltz in to collect deliveries. The other day they gave someone my order and i had to wait to get another prepared. I stay in Ivypark but their service makes me to rather go in town to buy food than wait on their slow service.
very terrible......this is the second time i ordered telephonically and have to wait and entire hour before my order arrives. I called in to ask how far my order is but i did not get a mere apology..THIS IS THE LAST TIME IM ORDERING FROM THEM!!!!
Fast service ,go go meal rib portions ,more bones than meat.pap no sauce, dry.but plus point chicken very tasty
