Poor service as always I asked for full chicken made it clear that they should not cut it, I only recieved for 4 quarters. When i asked why the reply was they don't have full chicken packaging i understood and went home. I was only given 1 fresh quarter chicken the rest of the other quaters where blackish with peeling skin.
I bought full pack meal pap n chicken guys u have to something about ur menu, how can u combine pap and chicken with chips and green salad, come on at least chakalaka instead of chips, the worse part ur meat was very hard to cut and cold,yhooooo nama ela yona ke ya mabane straight chips also lalile ba futhumatsa.. I like. GALITOS SHEM THIS TIME VERY DISAPPOINTED
This place is always packed although their food is satisfying. The purchasing queue moves fast it’s only delivery that needs a lil push
I have been trying to call the branch for the past 2 hours and there was no answer. Tried customer care and they were unable to help. I don’t understand how customer care is unable to contact the branch to find out the reason they are unable to answer calls for 2 hours. They simply told me to keep trying the line and that they is nothing they can do about it. This is absurd. Customer care couldn’t care for the client.
I was not happy with the service,the chicken was not easy to chew,the salad was very bad ,the whole meal was not ideal,i wouldn't recommend.
Good day, I called in to make an order it was not registered, came to collect was told to make a new order it's been 40 minutes and I am still waiting. This is my second bad experience ka this outlet.
I bought full chicken several times and it was not well done, not well marinated, and not appetizing. It tasted nothing like flame grilled. Compliance to standards?
never disappoints. better than most franchises
