B A D customer service. Staff don't want to help. Just sit around and talk. Dirty collection area, also very poor and very slow service. These people know nothing about customer service, very unfriendly! Won't support them ever again!
Really friendly team with an excellent attitude and well merchandised shop. These guys are the pioneers of good customer service! Well done to Frans and his team!!!
One store where staff always assist customers, they make follow ups when you had left your contact details regarding queries or products that are yet to come. The service is just outstanding I wish they were selling fast food. I also like the weekly specials which are affordable and reasonable at all times.
Sometimes I receive good customer service sometimes I don't. Either way they need consistency. On the other hand they don't always have stock and will be waiting on it for more then two weeks, this is simply poor. Thank you for the good work that you do.
We wanted to purchase a blender using the price beat and the manager said we can not do a price beat with online stores such as Takealot whereas the terms and conditions differ.The manager walked away with no interest and we walked out to rather buy the item online.This is not the first time I have recieved poor service at this Game store as the manager lady was rude and did not care weather we purchased or not.She did not ask us how much the price beat difference was as it was only R50 but instead you lose a customer.

saved over 2000 with their price beat policy. I got a tv and microwave and because I saw it cheaper somewhere else they matched the price and then took off an additional 10%. I was helped by a guy named Diamond, he was the best!!
If it was possible to give it a zero star rating, I would. Staff are unhelpful and in the event that you do find someone willing to help, they have no knowledge of the products they sell. Additionally, it's mend of the month and queues from here to Cape Town but only four tills are open.
Affordable gym equipment... And nice variety of electronics and great specials if you get them on the right day.. And great deal on batteries close to tills and the lasted long as well!
