Game at Bela Mall have had some bad moments and there have been times when I have found staff negligent if customers but I bought a large appliance there recently at a fair price with which I am very happy. The sales staff were helpful and arranged for third-party delivery 50km at a good rate, which was conducted proficiently. I think they’re trying hard.
Bought 2 items there, Ryobi brushcutter didn't have all he parts in it. Defy washing machine, when l unpacked it, it had casing damage. Store does not want to take responsibility for it and wants to send a Defy rep to come and access damage. Didn't buy it from Defy, bought it from Game Bela Bela. No wonder the Game stores part of Massmart is in trouble. Shocking customer service. BEWARE.
Worst service ever, walked in to buy surround system. My insurance paid out for a new system. Lots of employees walking around, but no one wants to help me. So I walked out and then orderd on takealot. Thats why all the Game stores are closing down. Lack of customer service training.
Very disappointed in the staff at game Bela Bela. When asking for help they disappear never to come back. I spoke to three people for assistance and they never got back to me. The 4th person was kind and talented enough to help. Sorry but Game staff need training when it comes to customer service.
My goodness so game sold us a refrigerator that’s not working the guy told us straight up that most customers that buyers a Hisense refrigerator returns them….why didn’t he make that sale knowing the refrigerator is not working instead…..and the staff toke a while to help us. Is only the ladies at paying point that are friendly other others are very rude
Worst lack of service EVER. I was trying to buy a TV and a decoder. Every single staff member ignored me. I asked for the manager twice. Absolutely nothing happened. The staff that did speak to me were rude and dismissive. I stood for 20 minutes for nothing. I WILL NEVER SHOP AT GAME EVER AGAIN. The Bela Bela store should be closed. DISGRACEFUL
Staff at till point really friendly and helpful. But jho rest off the staff is rude, slow or doesn't exist. Maybe invincible? Maybe its the one person on the floor thats more interested in her personal cellphone. Waited for someone to help me to unlock the keys for one small item. Only for her to walk away not to be seen again. to open up the lock would have taken less than 2 min. Tv department.
Good experience, great customer hospitality and are able to buy a lot at Game Bela Bela and they have both male and female summer clothing and swim wear for the heat. Good place.
I have not felt overly welcome. The staff assisted after we hunted them down. The person helping was not a happy chap and lost a sure sale. Will give him a week and then go back to see if he will be more helpful next time around.
The service was very poor. We got things on sale and on the counter the cashier was not having info and the override lady also. And they took their own time to assist. Improve or get stuff that are energized and willing to work
