They're full of time to play, i usually call I'm before i go the store and the service rendered to me all the time it's totally updating... it's a complete disaster, they treat me like I'm no customer like the ones they have in store...as for Malatji he's the actual nightmare in all of them. The reason I call it's because i don't wanna drive long hour on the road with all the road works of our route just to go and find nothing from what I was actually looking for. It's difficult just to pict the phone and say what you're looking for is out of stock but instead he keeps on hanging the phone up on me regardless of how many timess i call. I'm using my airtime for God's sake.... Teach your staff to do the right thing
The store had no air conditioning..... Asking for assistance is a problem, there is hardly no sales personnel near the aisles. Tried visiting the feedback website with no luck.

Very very very bad customer service!! The floor manager incompetent! Doesnt even know how to write an invoce in a companies name! At dispatch waited very long and no customers before us! Secondhand fridge arrived and wanted to give it to me! Just wrapping in plastic rap!!!
I had a bad experience with shop, specifically with the shopkeeper Ms Lesese and another lady without a name {plated dreadlocks}. They were busy on social talks and wanted to know were I could find certain items in the shop. They just ignored me and continued talking. When done talking they just left me standing. I left everything collected in the the trolley and left the store. JT
I was at burgersfort game store to buy my daughter a bicycle , the guy who was wearing a black musk at the bycycle side on the 07 August 2022 just ignored us and took out his cellphone and continued with his personal calls while we were waiting for assistance. We took the bycycke to the till and ask them to get someone to assist. the manager was also useless he just left us standing there.We left the store without the bycycle.There service is terrible no one is willing to assist customers.The terrible service at its best

Poor poor poor telephone service, phone on the 10th July around 13h30 to make a query on washing machine. Wait on the line phone back leave my contact details with no joy. Last resort phone Games store manager and today 11th still waiting for responses Can't expect any better in today's South Africa. Very unsatisfied and disappointing.
Wonderful place to shop, great prices too.
