This game is horrible. They have no cooling inside. It is such an unpleasant store to be in. Going outside is cooler than inside. In my pictures you can see even the chocolates are all melted.. This problem has been there for a few years now and they don't do anything about it.

If I could not give a star it would be more accurate. RCS in game store groblersdal has no one to attend this section for a mounth now. When you ask the branch manager about this. she does not even know that this section is empty in her own store. just goes to show how bad the management is at game.
The shop looks awesome since the revamp. Love all the spesials Spesial thanks to the cashier that assisted me today she made my day beter you deserve a present from you manager Mageline Ngoasheng best client service I have every recieved being a shopper for more than 8 years i will come back if all staff can adapt her manners she is excellent
It has almost everything that one could ever need from a game store. The workers there are really friendly. It is always clean. When you're looking for certain things, you can call them before you come to the store and they'll notify you if they have your stuff in store, if not they'll notify you when you can get them.
Bad service. Was not permitted to enter by security.baby not wearing mask properly Bad service on floor.Had no help at the gardening department. Had to pack my own bag at tills. No chain available for product that was purchased. chainsaw Took a very long time just to get a refund for one product.
I don't love visiting this Game store. There are always stacks of staff standing around in clusters chatting at the jewelry desk and the area where you apply for cellphone contracts and only 2 tills open and then 4 people chatting next to the cigarette counter tells you that there's nobody there, you must go inside to pay. They also frequently don't have items that are on special on the shelf and there are always big trolleys blocking the aisles, with items that still have to be unpacked. I am amazed they're still open, with the number of staff that are always on the floor generally outnumbering the customers by a very big margin, I don't see how they make a profit. It's a pity, the prices are good, but a lot of people rather pay a bit more at Spar, where there is obviously management in charge and everyone does their job in a timely fashion.
Game is quality. Everything is in order. It would be better if they had a parcel counter though. I feel like we risk losing our belongings when we leave them at the door which we do by order. Everything else is good though. Service is quality and the prices are reasonable
Minutes after the security closed the door, at closing time, I asked if I could please just get a can of baby formula as I ran out and the local supermarket doesn't stock it. There were other customers still standing in lines inside the stoor. He saw my panic as a mother, but couldn't care less. He just closed the door in my face and said "sorry". It's sad, because I have been a loyal customer to that specific store for years and know most of the staff by name. Very disappointing.
It's your local store,not as big as the rest but they stock up. I go there at least once a month for more4less deals and all great game specials. Hardly ever have long lines and most of the things you buy from big cities,like big screen TVs that the store dont sell,are delivered at game,then you can pick it up from the store or have it delivered to your house. I love the store.
