Huge Game Stores branch with many different product categories from electronics to food. Prices are somewhat reasonable given the guarantee that accompanies them. Only gripe with them was there were some storage containers that looked like they had been used before. And some had no matching same colour lids. But otherwise it's a good shopping experience here. Always recommended.
The first Game in ages that was fully stocked, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Will definitely go there again and recommend that store.
Terrible service long lines. The people that work there do not know there products and are unwilling to help.
It's a Game that is constantly understocked even when you inquired about a specific product weeks back. I had trouble finding someone to assist me with something I wanted to purchase. Unsurprisingly I left without buying it. Suggestions: Keep stock of the essentials. Place a emphasize on customer engagement with the sales reps. Guess I'll be looking at Takealot for assistance.
Very unfriendly staff member who had to go me travelling bag from the store room! There was a staff member who was friendly and helpful and she didn't even work in that luggage section. I bought the bag because I needed it, but I would usually walk out when I get bad service...but since Lephalale don't have a wide range of stores to choose from, I just opted for Game! Never again!
We asked someone to assist us because we wanted to buy a outside gas griller, she said she can not help us because it was not her department and that she'd call someone else. We waited a half an hour and nobody showed up.
Game stores is failing to repair washing machine for over a month. They are also failing to return the money or give a new washing machine eve though they have 21 day warranty policy. Washng machine still on the warranty, was inspected and its a valid claim but still no response or actions since more than 31 days. Bunch of useless people staying behind not valid excuses.
They like selling things to you but their after service suck. Even applied for a game store account ant the disapproved me and my husband twice. Sorry we cant help you
Many people working at the store but sadly no costumer service. The people working working at Game Lephale are only there for their salaries and are not passionate about their work at all.
Perfect game is always a great place to shop ....
