Have to commend Elton Afrika of Game Lichtenburg for exceptional service. Went in with a complaint on my washing machine. He went out of his way to assist, and in this day when mediocre service is the norm, he sorted everything out for me very quickly and with a smile on his face. Thank you and well done Game Lichtenburg!
Absolutely ridiculous. Game Lichtenburg has the most unreliable service to offer its customers. I had bought 2 items which cost me R12000 i still had to pay for the delivery which i did not mind. Now when i have a problem with the fridge and kic has said theh should give me another fridge i have to pay for the collection of the old fridge and delivery of the new fridge. How does this leave the customer to feel? I must carry on paying for something that was not even my fault at all. This is absolutely pathetic service from Game Lichtenburg. I will never make another purchase after this from that store ever again
Wow!Wow!Wow! I went to this Game store on the 15th of August to buy some stuff. The service I received there was out of this world, top notch. I would like to give my gratitude to the gentleman and the ladies who where busy packing stationery in that section. Excellent service indeed. That Gentleman and those ladies that you see in that pictures, they are customer service personified. Like really now, I have never encountered such warm love that I received on that day. It was really amazing. You guys rock. You are the definition of good quality customer service. You are beautiful, humble and respectful. I would also want to specially thank the cashier who helped me at the till. You know that's what other cashiers don't understand, that they are the face of a store. They are the first people that we see when we enter the store and they are the last people that we see when we leave the store. Wow! That girl is the face of Game. She's beautiful, she is humble, she is respectful she is intelligent, she is articulate, and she has a good sense of humour. Her smile is so infectious. I can talk the whole day about that girl. I really received the best service from every one that I came across that day. Keep it up guys. You are well trained. I hope that your employers will read this review and appreciate you. Thank you. A really nice experience. The staff was super helpful. The children's toy section was a blast. I bought they fitted batteries and tested the items. The staff didn't need a push they were just there available and competent. By far the best Game ever.
Very disappointed in this GAME! Time and time again friends and I experience issues at this GAME. Either staff can not be found to help with enquiries or if you do find someone they are not friendly at all and usually can't answer questions regarding prices or specials. They also don't keep you up to date if you have ordered and paid something. Even if you go in numerous times and ask them to call you when they hear something about your order's shipment etc, they don't. You have to keep on nagging them to find out what is going on.
Was there in the past weekend my children were told they can't enter the store with face shields they need both shields and masks, according the security by management, how is it all other stores allow face shield but you as Game lichtenburg have a problem? I tried to explain my children have asthma and shields are more convenient
Long queues, please get more people especially weekend of month end. Waited to be serviced at the appliances section for more than 10 minutes because it was only 2 guys who were working. Only two tills open with more than 10 people awaiting to pay.
It's a nice store but the staff who works there lack customer service, no one will attend to you when you need assistance. You have to look around the whole store for assistance and when you find one of the staff they become rude as if you are annoying them.
Most things priced right, and the spesials that's advertised, most not in store, or wasn't delivered how sad Game, how and when did it end up like this, most staff there sits for a salary, doesn't seems like they really want to work, manager included, what a shame, GAME
