Poor service from the manager Sylvia Mmbatho. She does not know how to deal with customers. I waited also 2 hours for my goods.
I purchased a mecer laptop September 2021 at Game Trade Route Mall which started having screen problems in December 2021.Took it back to the store in January 2022 and it was returned 03 March 2022 with the screen being replaced. The lap top still has the same problems and even worse now that it shows lines or just go dark. We went to the store on the 26th of March and the store manager Moosa promised us that he will contact the manufacturer. I was called by Moosa to bring back the laptop and it was booked for repairs on the 16th of April, on the 5th of May I received an sms to go and collect the laptop, I went to the store but to my surprise my laptop came back with scratches of which it wasn’t like that when I booked it in, I then refused to take it. The laptop was booked in again on the 11th of May. I called the store last week and asked Moosa for feedback and he said he was on sick leave and will get back to me of which he didn’t. Today 14/06/2022 I received another sms informing me that the laptop has been booked in again. I have exams and assignments that I had to write using other people’s laptops whereas I bought a new laptop so that I can be able to further my studies with.I don’t want that laptop any more I want a REFUND. I’m so disappointed with their service no one even bothers to give me feedback.
I periodically browse and shop at 'Game', Trade Route Mall, Leansia. I had already found exactly what I was looing for, the only problem was that I did not have my 'Game' Pensioners Card with me. One of their assistants directed me to the 'Customer Service Counter'. I understand that, If you qualify for a Pensioners Card, and have registered, you can enjoy discounts of 10%, on certain items. In the past, you could shop, purchase and enjoy this 10% discount, on Wednesday's only. That rule has subsequently been changed. YES!! Sanity has prevailed. After waiting, for about 15minutes, I finally was attended to. I explained my problem, and was very rudely told, in NO UNCERTAIN TERMS, that there was absolutely, NO WAYS that, she or anyone else could assist me.Even though I explained her, that, I had mistakenly brought the incorrect card, but that I knew my card number. I asked, if it was possible, if she could enter my card number into her computer. Again, she belted out, NO, not under any circmstances. What an incredible lesson and example, of exactly how to treat existing CUSTOMERS, card carrying, pensioner clients, as well as, anyone else, who might be members. And all this, I would suppose, 'SHOCKINGLY', from someone who, joyfully and gratefully, receives subsidised company benefits monthly, a trained employee, a valued staff member and a caring collegue. As they say...'We Live and Learn'. Thank You.
Their agents are very good, helpful, cheerful, respectful and professional. They will give you guidance in what ever you want to buy and your not sure of the product, they are very patient with you and if they're still assisting you and some one ask's for something they don't just leave you hanging, they will ask your permission, however, don't leave you, they simply find out what the other person's question is and the will try and get assistance for that person and continue with you.
I bought a Hisense washing machine around 4months ago for R7000 from game Trade Route, they didn't have stock only one available was a display. I was given that display item but when I got home with the machine I discovered that it was missing one of the legs and also making terrible sound. I went back to the shop after 2days to report it and was told that they will log a call with the technician to come and fix it from home but up to today no one came to fix my machine. I asked them about the money back guarantee because it was still within 14days and the lady I was speaking to assured me that that the technician will come within 7days but never did. Everytime we use the machine we must have someone to hold it steady until it finishes washing because it's drifting. The onsumer rights counsel advised to take the machine back to the shop but I don't have money to hire transport...can someone please help me sort this mess out, this is really inconveniencing and also a sign of ripping people off....no after sales service. I really don't know which door to knock now for help on this I am really frustrated
Great service from the Tevo representative within the store great value for money bought a blender and massager, was assisted by Nomonde. The cashiers are also awesome they always greet you with a smile.Been there many times, its always clean and everyone is helpful
Terrible customer service..the cashiers are almost always on break during the busiest times and as a customer you are treated as if they are doing you a favor. I've never seen more than 3 cashiers on duty that's including the cigarette counter. As a customer when you bring it up to them you're told that it's because of budget cuts and short staff.
I recently bought a printer toner but it was a wrong one. While the store's goods return policy is to not accept opened printer toners, a lady who assisted me called a gentleman that I presume is a manager and explained the situation to him. The gentleman checked the toner and saw that it was not used. He went with me to the customer service desk and requested them to process a refund. Well done and you have won yourself a regular customer
Pathetic customer service. 5x Calls dropped! 2 Calls to the manager...on my second call I am on hold...25 minutes and going. Looks like they don't need the sale. Well done guys...well done!
