Besides the unwillingness to assist customers at the electronics/appliances department, this is not the first time I have used my Game RCS Card at Game Tzaneen and the cashier fails to ask the budget period for the purchase. On the previous occasions, the cashiers failed to ask me the budget period for the transaction, and I had to wait about 40 minutes or more for Game to get THEIR problem fixed while I had to wait patiently because of their incompetence. Too bad there is not another Game Store nearby as Game Tzaneen delivers constant poor service.
Poor service,Lunch is more important.Manager is like just there for the pay.
Is a wide clean store with affordable products. Their package on shelves is easy to understand, there are true prices. Their products are of high quality. The delivery is also reasonable. I love the fact that they have everything from beauty products to furniture. It's amazing
It's a nice shop and there selling a good stuff
Its a good place to do some shopping with family or friends u can almost everything here all item you get it with a fair price there electronics food and tools etc the place it too clean and the workers always the to assist in a friendly way if you want transport they also supply you with one the till is enough to help many people you dont stand long on the line they even have swiping machine accept credit cards you can even buy your family some jewellery this place is perfect.
I went there once people i so friendly especially staff and security..i like this place

Well done Game Tzaneen! What a pleasant visit! I did not want to go in the first place because i have a broken toe, but i needed something and had to go. As nature, i bumped my toe agains the card wheel. One of the employees saw that i was in pain and instantly he was by my side to asisst. He pushed my trolley through out the rest of my shopping untill i got to the till and then he assisted me to my car!
Game tzaneen beat the price and refunded me the difference plus 10% on the difference !! Thank you so much Game tzaneen for fast and friendly service !!
