Poor customer service and phone etiquette... I called requesting a bank confirmation letter and asked to be transferred to the debtors department of a department that can be able to assist me with one. The lady proceeded to ask me what a debtors department was & that they do not have such a thing , she then proceeded to talk to someone else asking them what a bank confirmation letter is because their business details are on their quotation. In a nutshell, I've never had to deal with such unprofessional people honestly- it was disappointing & I don't forsee myself doing business with that store ever
I’m so disappointed by service at game rustenburg mall …bought a Hot Belt on the 4th of April 2023 and I was assisted by worker but only to find out that he got me a wrong size and I asked him if it’s the right size for me he said yes the next day I went to the store to exchange and get the correct size, I was told that belts are treated like underwear they don’t exchange them I must sell that belt, come and buy the correct size. Without even wearing it
In December 2022 we wanted to buy some gazebo that was on special online, the staff had no idea what I was talking about I needed to show them the special online and then still needed to find the gazebo in store myself. Today I wanted to buy a controller for my xbox had a very rude staff member clearly not having a good day and made sure he took it out on us. Game waterfall mall please remind your staff without customers they won't have a job. You will never see me again.
Bad and almost No service!! . Wated a long time before someone helped. After being assisted we waited another 30 minutes for the personnel to get the prices updated and jet again we waited some more. After asking around again we managed to get hold of the person who’s busy with the paperwork and we had to wait again. It took us more than 60 minutes to buy a simple item on the floor.
Bad bad bad bad management!!!! 0 stars for game!!!! I bought a small vacuum cleaner last month and I've noticed that it doesn't vacuum properly and it gets warm and I was told it's the best machine to have, so today I went back to game trying to return it. fourth people later and still nothing, just a no sorry we can't help refund or return your machine. The male behind the desk read at the back of the slip that a person has 15 days to return or refund it but I wasn't told that the day when the machine was bought!!!! Lesson learned!!! Stay away from game!! You will get no assistance from them

Service declined sadly, no prices on lots of products. No scanner to get prices, get this you need to go stand in line at the till just to get the price just to find out they don't know either, now you have to wait while they take the item walk all the way back on snail speed while you wait just to get the price?! Pathetic service wont see me there again
Worst online shopping experience ever. Ordered a TV on 20th December with the hope to be binge watching my favorite shows during my one week vacation I had between Christmas and New years. But probably due to the fact that they sent it from Rustenburg 125km away or for what ever reason the TV arrived with a lot of damage to it. Still have NO idea as to why they didn't just send it from Mall Of Africa 38km, and who had stock at the time of order If they did I could have resolved this by now by just going in store. But I'm not going to drive 3 hours, wait another 3 due to terrible customer service and getting back home with nothing resolved. As the TV has been sent back on the 4th of Jan 2022 and by the 25th of Jan I still have no idea as to what is really going on. I probably have more than 38 different calls, emails, references, social media messages and what ever why I could think of reaching them, all of them giving me a different story. Empty promises, no call backs, feedbacks anything. But from what I can tell and experienced by calling them directly, is that Game Rustenburg is causing the hold up as everyone is "waiting for a reply from the store".

It was such a mission booking in my laptop for repairs, I went there 3 times with no help only because I bought it online and not instore. Out of my frustration I requested that the manager help me book it in coz apparently the lady was off sick as to how that is my problem. 21 days have passed and still no feedback???
